Cancellations

Discontinuation

Refunds for Duplicate Payment

A refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same (original method of payment) or convenient sources within 10 working days after intimation by the customer.

All refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval and validation of refund request (condition applies). Palky Matrimonial reserves the right to change prices for subscriptions at any time and does not provide price protection.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following circumstances:

In the event that a refund request is submitted prior to the expiration of 60 days from the start of the subscription period.

- If the customer has violated our Terms of Use, a refund will not be granted.

- If the customer has utilized our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes, a refund will not be provided.

- A refund will not be issued if the customer has not completed the mobile number verification process.

- If the customer has chosen to restrict profile visibility, a refund will not be applicable.
