| Why do you want to get married? | A healthy marriage seems to have a lot of benefits in regulating the nervous system. From what I have seen of married friends, it creates a sense of purpose for which one can aspire to become their best self. The strong divine encouragement certainly helps. Not gonna lie- conjugal life looks challenging through the eyes of a natural sceptic. But hope (in Allah, and in humanity) drives me to find the joy and reward in it as well. |
